- Company name when provided during signup or enquiry
- Content you input into the tool including key messages, product names, and uploaded images
- Payment information processed securely via Stripe

If you close your account we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Generated copy content is retained for the duration of your subscription to power your dashboard history.
7. Data Sharing
We share your data only with trusted third party service providers necessary to operate RegScribe:
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Anthropic: AI model provider that processes your prompts to generate copy
All third party processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not share your data with pharmaceutical companies, advertisers, or any other third parties.
8. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where this occurs we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Information Commissioner's Office.

However no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
